1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Link Real Estate platform, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to any of these terms, please stop using the platform immediately.

2. Scope of Services

The platform provides the following services:

• Listing and leasing all types of properties within the State of Kuwait.
• Allowing property owners to list their properties directly without intermediaries.
• Allowing tenants to communicate directly with property owners.

The platform does not provide property sales services, act as a real estate broker, provide electronic payment or financial collection services, or guarantee or endorse any listed property.

3. Account Registration

When creating an account on the platform, the user acknowledges and agrees that:

• All information provided is accurate and complete.
• A valid phone number or email address is used.
• Login credentials are kept confidential and are not shared with third parties.
• All applicable laws and regulations of the State of Kuwait are complied with.

4. Property Owner Responsibilities

Property owners are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and truthful information about the property.
• Ensuring that they have the legal right to lease the property.
• Not publishing misleading or false information or images.
• Not listing any property that they are not legally authorized to lease.

The platform shall not be held responsible for any agreement or contract entered into between the property owner and the tenant, or for any dispute arising between them. The platform also disclaims responsibility for the accuracy of information published by property owners.

5. Tenant Responsibilities

Tenants are responsible for:

• Verifying the accuracy and specifications of the property before entering into any agreement.
• Inspecting the property and communicating directly with the property owner.
• Not misusing the platform or communicating with property owners in an inappropriate manner.

The platform shall not be held responsible for any damages or losses resulting from agreements between property owners and tenants.

6. Prohibited Content

Users are prohibited from publishing any content that includes:

• False or misleading information.
• Offensive content or content that violates public morals or applicable laws.
• Images or information that do not relate to the listed property.
• Attempts at fraud, manipulation, or impersonation.

The platform reserves the right to remove or suspend any violating listing or account without prior notice.

7. Platform Ownership

All rights relating to the platform's design, source code, logos, and textual content are owned by Link Real Estate. Such materials may not be copied, reused, or modified without the Company's prior written authorization.

8. Limitation of Liability

The platform shall not be held responsible for:

• The accuracy of listings, information, or images published by users.
• Agreements, contracts, or financial transactions between property owners and tenants.
• Any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the platform.
• Temporary or permanent interruption of the service due to technical failures, maintenance, or force majeure.

9. Amendments to the Terms

Link Real Estate reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any amendments will be published on the platform, and continued use of the platform after such amendments constitutes implied acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions.
