• Link Real Estate may moderate or monitor communications for security and compliance.

7. Prohibited Activities
• Posting false, fraudulent, or deceptive listings
• Scraping, data harvesting, or automated access
• Circumventing security or authentication mechanisms
• Uploading harmful code or interfering with service operation
• Conducting discriminatory, defamatory, or unlawful activity
• Misrepresenting affiliation with Link Real Estate

8. Intellectual Property
All branding, design elements, software, and content provided by Link Real Estate remain its exclusive property. Users receive a limited license to access the platform but may not copy, reproduce, or exploit materials without permission.
